• Why I LOVE Winter!

  Now that winter is in its home stretch, many are anticpating spring days full of blossoms and prancing deer. WRONG. Winter is the best season of the year and I will tell you why RIGHT NOW!

  1) Hot Chocolate

  

  When else is it completely acceptable to drink cups of liquid chocolate? No other time than winter, my dear cocoaphiles. Simply sip one of these steamy mugs of happiness while watching the snow fall to achieve seasonal euphoria.

  2) Sweaters

   

  Sweaters are the Snuggie's hotter older sister, as I like to say. Wear them to bed, to work, to open Christmas presents. They're warm, soft, and dependable; everything you're ex-SO wasn't. Not to mention they expertly mask your winter cushioning.

  3) Picturesque Scenery

   

  Of course one of the best parts of winter is the beautiful view which it provides us. Your hick neighbor Carl has folksy gnomes, old tires, and leaves from fall he hasn't yet raked in his yard. My God! All this has been covered with a blessed blanket of snow! What rapture. Also, crappy amateur "photographers" enjoy taking a few photos and marveling at their own artsyness.
